Together, we’re going to keep our bodies moving and hold each other accountable for 12 days this holiday season. Are you ready?

How does the challenge work? Each day, you have a new move to try. As we progress with the challenge, you’ll do each day’s new moves as well as the previous days’ moves. So, on Day 12, we will be doing all 12 moves.

Even better, I’m making this extra sweet – participate in all 12 days of the challenge and you could win a free Fit with Aundra class!

Here are the details:

  1. Follow Fit with Aundra on facebook.
  2. Like the daily move post on the Fit with Aundra facebook page when you’ve completed the challenge, and answer the daily question prompt in the comments.
  3. Participate in all 12 days of the challenge.

The class pass winner will be announced on December 23 just after the challenge ends. If you do not live near me and can’t physically take a class, I’ll share a free virtual class video option with you!
